Photo Details: Taking the photo of the moon proved to be quite a difficult endeavor. I wrongly concluded that the moon being lit would allow for ease of image capture at night. This was not so. Even after capturing the image,  I had to modify the exposure, levels, and curves in order to bring the surface into view. Otherwise, the light was too much for the camera. I probably should have lowered the ISO a bit. Due to photo edits, the moon’s color is a bit more reddish gray than it really is, but it was necessary to see the detail of the surface. I am surprised that I can see the texture of the surface.
